If you’re looking to hire a Performance Coach, why not sign up to my Sport Performance Coaching Membership?
A premium service like I offer shouldn’t break your bank. For just £100 per month, you will get:
- Me as your full-time performance coach
- A fully bespoke training programme, reviewed every week
- Access to the LK Fitness app to track your workouts
- Nutrition guidance and recipe book delivered to the app
- video call for check-ins and accountability
- Personalised video feedback messages
- Unlimited in-app messaging
Each client signs up to a recurring membership, with a minimum 2 month commitment. After this, you can pause or cancel at any time, with 14 days’ notice.
The initial 8-week commitment gives you the time required to give the performance coaching a real go, and gives us a good opportunity to get to know each other. From my experience, if you are looking to increase your performance in your given sport you get out what you put in, so this initial stage gives you the opportunity to get into the right mindset and set some good habits so you’re ready to work hard towards your goals.
There is an option to include in-person coaching at various locations if you want to get more out of your training. See here for more information.
