Oxted 1-2-1 running coach

If you are looking for additional marathon training support in Oxted, alongside LK Fitness’s normal memberships, LK Fitness offers 1-2-1 personal training sessions near Oxted.

These are designed to offer training that complements our in-App training plans and can be completed in person or online. We can cover technique and will also complete a fitness test and turn and burn session to put you through your paces. Please see my blog: Why I run intervals on a treadmill.

Our clients sign up for recurring sessions with a minimum of a two-month commitment. After that, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
