Lee has over 15 years’ personal training experience and combines his sporting expertise gained from his Sports Science degree (BSc) with his own experience of competing in events such as Ironmans, Breca Swimrun races, and Ultra marathons.

Surrey running coach and Ironman coaching: How does it work?

Lee provides expert running training, strength and conditioning training, and Ironman coaching in Surrey. He is able to meet your needs, regardless of your previous training experience of fitness levels, alongside in-person training sessions as an additional service at the Harbour Hotel in Guildford.

Any training begins with an onboarding video consultation where we can discuss:

  • Your sporting background and history
  • Previous injuries and your medical history
  • Your aspirations and goals
  • Work and family commitments
  • Nutrition

Lee will then create a fully customised fitness and running plan that can be accessed via the LK fitness App. Lee never uses generic plans and every plan will be tailored around each client.

As you complete the training this can be logged and Lee will be able to monitor and assess your progress and make small tweaks to improve your results. He will conduct bi-weekly video calls to support your training and you can also access unlimited text support via the in-App messaging service. Each plan is altered every four weeks as you see improvements to keep pushing you further. See more on our memberships.
